In accordance with the decree of application of the law of 05/08/21, the health pass for accommodation in guest houses is now required for guest rooms offering breakfast and common areas. I will therefore ask you to make sure you have a valid pass during your stay.

We are vaccinated and scrupulously respect the barrier gestures and the wearing of masks inside. The daily cleaning in the room is done with a mask as well as the preparation of breakfasts and boards.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The interior and exterior spaces offer many possibilities to respect physical distances.

Whether you want to relax and enjoy a great house in the middle of nature, telework in the countryside, with your feet in the water, or meet up with your little tribe around a good meal, the house is waiting for you.

Cancellation conditions for the 2022 season

The deposit will be fully reimbursed for the following two conditions only:

> new confinement in France, at the date of your stay
> new traffic restrictions in France, at the date of your stay

30% deposit required at the time of reservation.

If you have to cancel your stay for any other reason, the 30% deposit is retained and the usual cancellation conditions apply:

>30 days or more before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the stay
>Between 29 days and 20 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of the stay
>Between 19 days and 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay
>Between 9 days and 2 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount of the stay
>Between 1 day and the day of arrival or no show: 100 % of the total amount of the stay

Given the uncertain evolution of the epidemic, these cancellation conditions continue to apply for your reservations in 2022.

*Reservation of two nights minimum.

Sanitary procedures in place for guest house rentals

Before your arrival - Complete disinfection of the rooms.

Daily cleaning of rooms + disinfection of contact surfaces

Daily disinfection of the common areas and all contact surfaces (switches, work surfaces, chairs, tables, doors, windows, outdoor furniture, decorative objects ....) > ANIOS CLEAN EXCEL products

All the water rooms are equipped with self-service soap

For bed linen and household linen in washed linen and cotton, no change, washing at 60°.

For the dishes, washing at 50° minimum.

The swimming pool is treated with chlorine in the same way as the previous seasons.

Hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal in all the rooms of the house, I ask you to use it before taking a book, magazine, board games etc.

The kitchen is self-service from noon. For everyone’s safety, please use hydro-alcoholic gel before using it. The mask is not mandatory but strongly recommended if you are several families at the same time.

Regarding breakfasts, weather permitting, breakfasts are served outside and each room has a private terrace.

If the weather is capricious, I will provide you with a schedule on which you can indicate your desired breakfast time and we will adapt so that each room can have breakfast separately.
