The warm refuge
At the end of the road, in the heart of the hamlet, all in stone, this eighteenth century barn has gone through time and known more than one life, to become today your refuge, in Dordogne.
With family, friends, 2 or 4 people, "La grange 18" is an invitation to enjoy the country life.
Warm, bright and comfortable, you can put your bags down and take the time to appreciate the simple pleasures, in the middle of the fields, everything is there.
Its large openings offer a view of nature, sheltered from the world. Every detail has been thought of to make this barn your new country home.
Simply feel at home
In the barn, we find :
- A living room with an open kitchen, a large fireplace, a library and a corner to sit in front of the fields and share every moment.
- In front of the house, the garden, a private terrace, trees as far as the eye can see to enjoy your coffee in the open air, before diving into the pool.
-Stone, solid parquet, terracotta tiles, a selection of antique objects, unique raw and natural materials created for lovers of beautiful things and decoration.
-Pretty dishes, books, games, eco-responsible products, a grocery store of good products, local products and a selection of organics wines, to think of nothing, only enjoy the moment.
Resting under the roof
To the East, a purified room, a bedding that you will not want to leave, a bathtub, hemp bed linen, a soft light, the perfect refuge.
To the west, in a cabin spirit, a room with a bunk bed, shower space and organic cotton linen, the perfect spot for children or those who have remained children.
And to wake up gently, Bel Estiu’s breakfast left in front of the door (in extra)

Rental conditions
The house
- Interior surface 80m2 on the ground
- Outdoor area 3000m2
- Outdoor parking
Maximum capacity 4 persons + 1 extra bed for children or cot. It is not possible to accommodate more people in the house, even for a day.
We have one dog, four cats, two chickens and for hygienic reasons we do not accept additional animals in the barn 18.
Entrance and accommodation independent from the guest house - sharing of the outside spaces
Arrival from 5 pm - departure at 10 am.
Weekly rental in summer and during school vacations, from Sunday to Sunday
Minimum 3 nights rental out of season (except school vacations)
The price includes the rental of the gite, water, electricity, all household linen, cleaning at the end of the stay, a wood starter kit.
The reservation becomes effective after the payment by bank transfer of a deposit of 30% and the signature of the rental contract.
A deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival and will be returned within 2 days of your departure.
Cancellation
The 30% deposit is acquired
- 30 days or more before arrival: 30 % of the total amount of the stay
- 29 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
- Between 28 days and 9 days before arrival: 80 % of the total amount
- Between 8 days and 2 days before arrival: 100 % of the total amount
Given the epidemic of COVID 19, the deposit will be refunded in case of traffic restrictions or confinement in France, at the date of your stay.
